Linear Pneumatic Fire Detection Tubing & Quick Connect Fittings
As part of your Automatic Fire Suppression System, the AutoFireX® Linear Pneumatic Fire Detection Tubing is a heat-sensitive, pressurised detection tube that is routed throughout the hazard area, continuously monitoring for fire. When exposed to flame or high heat, the FDT ruptures at the hottest point, instantly activating the system and releasing the clean agent or wet chemical directly at the source of the fire.
This FDT is supported by a range of precision-engineered Dual Seal Tube Fittings and Connectors, designed specifically for secure, leak-free performance. Each fitting incorporates Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) O-rings to ensure reliable sealing and quick, hassle-free connection to the detection tube.

High-Performance Dual Seal Slip-on Fire Detection Tube Fittings
The Series 200100 High-Performance Dual Seal Tube Fitting range is built for demanding environments, offering pressure resistance up to 60 Bar and operating at temperatures ranging from -20°C up to +80°C at 15 to 25 Bar of pressure. Actual operating limits may vary depending on the specific Fire Detection Tube selected, as tube characteristics can influence allowable pressure ratings.
Manufactured from high-grade nickel-plated brass, these fittings have a 1/8” British Standard Pipe (BSP) thread size to fit tubing with a 6mm Outside Diameter (OD) and 4mm Inside Diameter (ID), allowing for easy, push-fit connections. Your options include the Male Threaded Slip-on Union (2000101), Slip-on Swivel Threaded Elbow (200102), Slip-on Threaded Swivel Tee (200103), Slip-on Tee (Tube only – 200104), Slip-on Elbow (Tube-to-Tube Only – 200105), and Slip-on Inline Connector (Tube-to-Tube Only – 200106).
